What if my loved one is an early riser?
That’s fine just let us know and we will try to accommodate an earlier set up to surprise your loved one.
We are having a party and our guests will be arriving at approximately 7pm. Can we have the display picked up after our guests arrive?
Not a problem, just let us know what time you would like us to collect them.
We are having a party and would like the display to stay overnight. Is this possible?
Yes it is however we do have a few requests we would like you to adhere to. The products must be brought in off the front lawn and placed around the back once all your guests arrive. We do not allow our products to stay on the front lawn all night. I am sure you can understand why. Also we will need to charge just a small extra fee for the overnight displays as it means we will not be able to hire the display out the next day.
My loved one is a light sleeper and will hear the slightest of noise. How are you really quiet?
We pride ourselves in ensuring we are super quiet while we set up our displays so it is kept a surprise for the recipient. We start by parking at least two houses away and then quietly carrying each item for the display from our vehicle to the house where we are setting up.
I am having a party at a venue and would like the display set up at the venue for when I arrive?
We can certainly do that for you. Just let us know what time and where and we will ensure your display is set up for when you and your guests arrive. We just ask that you let the venue know when we will be coming and where you would like the display to be set up.
I would like to surprise my loved one with a display set up at their place of work. Can you do this?
We sure can. You will need to let us know what time and where you would like the display set up and it would also be beneficial if you could advise someone else in the office of what is going on.
